Mouse Pad Freezes

I have a new 15r 5520 Inspiron, The mouse freezes. I have downloaded all the new drivers, etc. all adjustments. It will just freeze in Win 8 and in Desktop mode? My Old dell never had these kind of issues? Can the Mouse pad be replaced with the old type?

FYI I have already downloaded and installed this driver? The mouse pointer still freezes and locks up???????? Can it be replaced by the old type pad and pointer?

My other Dell PCs don.t have this problem?

I received an error message http://dell.to/SM6ACV when downloading and unzipping the file??

Did not try problem in fail sale.

See my latest posting, I want this thing fixed by someone other than me or I want it replaced with one that works. I am tired of working on a new pc. Dell can replace, or repair. Let me know as if I get no support from Dell I am going to return it to the vendor. I have already purchased the premimum support for 1 year, I want my money back from the vendor and Dell.

Thanks, been there done that, no response. I guess there is just no fix. I have a fix. Its all packed up to go back to the vendor. I'll fiind something else to buy that works. I guess I'll just loose my ext. wty money?

PC goes back to Costco this weekend. I'm back to my old laptop. Thanks for your concern.
