Light up buttons on top of the keyboard of dell xps15 not working :(
I purchased a dell xps 15 about two weeks ago, and i immediately noticed a problem with the audio. I called dell and they overrided my computer and uninstalled the two audio audio components. This was useless because they thought it was a software problem when i already new and insisted that it was a hardware problem. anyway, since i uninstalled these two components, two of the top buttons above my keyboard haven't been working.
please help meee its so annoying that is doesn't work!!

Start, control panel, Windows Mobility Center, or click on the gears. You should see this image below. I have a few more settings than you do. Make your settings match mine. I tried to look at the video closely and I think you're settings for Function Key Row are set on Function key, instead of Multimedia key. This should bring the keys back to working, again.

Thanks. i tried it, but no luck. i think when dell first uninstalled my audio drivers, it erased whatever went along with the top light up buttons. What are they even called?
