Fingerprint Reader
I have a Latitude E6520 that is running on Windows 7 64 bit. I have the drivers installed, but when I try to enroll my finger, I get an error saying Capture Failed The Biometric Unit is not in the correct state to perform the specified operation Do you want to try again to enroll this finger. I tried multiple times to no avail. Any suggestions?

Are you using Dell Data Protection | Access application to enroll your fingerprint? What is the version installed?
