Dell Inspiron 11 3168 won't come on

My Dell Inspiron 11 3168 just wouldn't come on, please what could be wrong? I've held on to the power button and I've tried to charge it. This happened all of a sudden, it was on hibernate mode before this happened.

The AC adapter appears to be good or not faulty. If you're comfortable in opening computer, I'd suggest removing one component at a time to check if it will make any difference such as battery, Memory, hard drive, motherboard (coin-cell) battery, DC jack, Graphic card if any. Before opening the computer and removing components,  please read service manual thoroughly in link below.

Note: After removing the battery, press the "Power On" button for 10 second to release Status Flea Power. Replace battery, adapter, power on system. Hopefully computer start normally.

Please remove all peripherals, AC adapter from the system. Press the Power On button for 15 seconds to drain residual power. Replace adapter, power on system. Hopefully computer starts normally. If the computer still doesn't power on, I like to ask a few questions:

Does the indicator (solid green or blue) on the AC adapter light up when plugged into system?

You tried connecting the AC adapter into another known-good wall outlet?

Check the AC adapter charging port / DC jack on the system to see if it's loose or dusty?

Check if the ID pin inside the plug or adapter port is bent, broken, dusty or damaged?

The green indicator light on the AC adapter lights up when connected to wall socket alone so I can't tell when I connect to the laptop. Everything else is checked.

If reseating the components doesn't fix the computer:

I suggest replacing the AC adapter charging port / DC jack on the system.

If removing the battery doesn't work, reseat Memory:

1. Use your fingertips to carefully spread apart the securing-clips on each end of the memory-module slot until the memory module pops up.

2. Remove the memory module from the memory-module slot.
