Citrix receiver TOAD from Quest, on Dell Inspiron

My company uses Citrix receiver for remote working.

When using my old HP laptop I have no issues with TOAD (SQL for Oracle), when using an old IBM Lenovo or an Asus laptop there is no issue.

However when using TOAD 12.1 which is the installed version on my Citrix Profile, so the same version as used on the other laptops, it freezes (becomes "Not responding") when trying to Open or save any of the SQL documents.

It only happens when I click on open, either the icon on the menu bar or go to the File/Open menu option and it is the same for both the Open and Save dialogs.

I have so far tried it on two Dell Inspiron machines, my own personal machine which is a 13-5378 model and one that the company has purchased for someone which is a 13-5000.

I have had another of my colleagues try to use their Citrix profile on both machines and it still did it.

So not my profile. Anyway I use my Citrix profile all day long at work on the IBM desktop PCs we have.

I have tried it using Wi-Fi and using Ethernet through the usb ports.

I believe I have tried every possible combination and keep coming back to there being an issue with the Inspiron!

It only appears to happen with the TOAD application.

Has anyone else had issues like this?

If this is an issue how do I go about reporting it?

I can get around the issue by opening my queries in some other text application then copying and pasting the code into TOAD, again for saving doing it the other way around; but this is an annoyance.
