I CANNOT CREATE A NEW FOLDER IN WINDOWS 7 SP 2
WHEN I CLICK ON NEW FOLDER NOTHING HAPPENS
WHEN I CLICK INSIDE AN EXISTING FOLDER AND CLICK NEW, THERE IS NO OPTION FOR NEW FOLDER
