Reduce quota size
In Isilon, We have an nfs share , size 2 Tb, used 500 GB. It is mounted on clients. We want to reduce the quota to 1 TB.
Can I just go ahead and reduce the size or do we need to follow any specific set of stpes of reduce the size.

You should be able to reduce that from GUI or with CLI fine "isi quota quotas modify..."., you can also set hard and soft thresholds, soft thresholds need a grace period defined e.g. 1Month etc..
