CEPA development kit

Hi, I need to develop c# .net endpoint agent to get async audit events from VNX/unity/Isilon/powerstore and all dell storage that support event publishing to CEE CEPA servers.

Can anyone provide me steps to download documents, sdk and sample codes?

I guess i need to register as TAP as i have done with other vendors, can you provide contact details of person managing TAP alliances or URL to submit registration?
