DP4400 installation not proceed after 72%
Hi,
When install DP4400 appliance, it was stuck 72%. But not showing any errors. still waiting more than 120min. Any reason why it was happen?

Thanks for the update....
It has been completed without errors. took too much of time to deploy than expected time. ( more than 3 hours)..

Hi Harshaw,
Could you please confirm your IDPA DP4400 appliance version ?
Also we cannot tell exactly why it is stuck at 72%, it usually depends few services from individual components and also other accepts, still for FYI we analyze the server.logs from the ACM that can help in giving us the error why it is stuck at 72% which is in the location (/usr/local/dataprotection/var/configmgr/sever_data/logs/server.log)
In my next post i will also be attaching a guide that helps in common deployment failures and its resolution. Hope that servers you better.
