Wifi Problem

I am experiencing an issue with my laptop. The Wi-Fi connects for 2 or 3 seconds, then disconnects for 2 or 3 seconds, and reconnects again. This problem is with every router i connect even with my mobile hotspot so surely the issue is with my laptop. Could you please tell me what the possible problem might be?
