Webcam not working
The integrated webcam is showing an error message that a cap is on or a switch needs toggled. There is no physical cap or toggle. I have tried disabling and re-enabling and all the other suggestions I can find. None work. Is the webcam broken??????

When none of the troubleshooting steps and suggestions were able to activate the webcam, it could be broken.
