Warranty Claim for wireless mouse purchased independently from laptop
I have been going aroudn in circles trying all avenues to find out how to log a warranty claim for a faulty mouse still under warranty. The BOT under Get help now service does not recognise the order number! The mouse does not have a service tag number as it was not purchased with the laptop. Have seen others with same query but none of the solutions offered, works! Help!!!

For Mouse/Keyboard bought separately:
- Click Get Help Now on the bottom right corner of this page.
- Enter your email when requested.
- Next provide the Order Number (found on the invoice for keyboard or mouse).
- Attach a copy of the invoice (image or PDF) in order to validate the purchase information.
- Briefly explain the issue with your mouse or keyboard, you should get an agent assigned to assist you.
