Terrible Customer Service

I have been dealing with Dell’s customer service for a month trying to complete an exchange. I was sent the incorrect laptop that I ordered and it took over two weeks of constant calling and emailing to be able to send back the wrong laptop. The laptop was returned two weeks ago and on my Dell profile it shows that Dell received the item and that it was signed for. I have yet to receive the actual laptop that I ordered. For the last week or so I have been going back and forth with the case specialist and customer service about getting my laptop. Everyone I speak to keeps telling me to wait “24/48 hours for an update and someone will call me or email me”. That has been far from the truth. I have to constantly call back just to get the same update. I was recently told by the case specialist that Dell misplaced the laptop I returned and by the end of the week if they didn’t find it they would mark it as lost and ship my laptop to me. Well… Friday came around and there was no update. I called 4 different times and was hung up on at least two of the times. I even emailed the case specialist and didn’t hear back until it was almost time for them to close for the weekend. The last person I talked to in the phone left me on hold for 20 min until it turned 5:30pm when they closed and she said “ thank you for choosing Dell and hung up”. Every time so would ask to speak to a supervisor or ask for their name it would go silent on the phone and then the person would hang up. The case specialist said that I would not be able to get the laptop that I ordered until they received the one I returned which their system clearly shows was retuned and accepted by the Dell Hub. I have been trying to get in contact with the corporate office to file a complaint and at least get my money back. This has been the worst customer service I have ever dealt with and I will never buy another Dell product again. 

Does anyone know where I can file a public complaint to Dell’s website and how I can contact corporate?
