Problems with OEM Driver on Inspiron 3583

So basically i game on this notebook. Not the most appropriated  but it's what I can afford right now. Anyway, I download Dark and Darker on steam and keep in my mind that i have both Intel driver assist and Suport Assist downloaded and check then constantly. But the game keep closing and telling me to go from actual version 25.... to a version higher than 30.... the currently is 31.0.101.2115. I checked driver assist and it said that i had an OEM driver and I should check my manufacturer page, did just that and this dell page didn't show a single I-GPU driver update so I went and did a manual download for driver on Intel site and gamed for like 20 hours without a single problem keep that in mind, I played Lol, Deep Rock Galatic, Terraria, and Dark and Darker all without a problem. The next time my windows update search for updates a Dell Bios update and a Integrated GPU driver update appear out of thin air. Now every single game I play I have problems of the screen glitching and audio cutting and even Crashing in the case of lol.  So I went from a 2016 old driver without issues to a new non OEM driver without a single problem them dell appear, shoves a OEM driver using it's foot and now here I'am ranting and troubleshooting the problem they created. Nice company I should say. So I need help with 2 things, first is the troubleshooting and next how can I prevent dell from shoving updates on my pc. They didn't bother to give me a driver update but the moment I download a Non OEM Driver they appear outa o thin air to coerce me into using OEM Drivers.
