os recovery will not download disk image
have tried to use os recovery tool from another computer (a dell) It finds the image sets up download the comes back in a minute that it cannot connect with dell backend to download then either crashes or gives retry option

1) Open a Terminal/PowerShell window (Command Prompt) as Administrator.
2) Navigate to the application path: cd “C:\Program Files (x86)\Dell\OS Recovery Tool”
3) Run the tool with the following command: “DellOSRecoveryTool.exe -s”
4) The Dell OS Recovery Tool application will launch then you carry on as per instructions.

unable to connect to backend try again later ,i think they took the file server down

interesting change though ,now it sees the windows 10 machine I am trying to use to download the file,yesterday it did not
