Not charging
My laptop is not charging when I am clicking the power button the capslock light glows as always but why charging light also glows and when the capslock light turns off charging light also turns off

Do you have to unplug the adapter from the wall to get the adapter light to turn back on? If so then there is a short on the MB somewhere. The Caps Lock light indicates power is being applied to the system but if that light and the adapter light go off then there is either a problem with the MB or the adapter itself. I would recommend trying another adapter first.
