My dell laptop keyboard is pressing automatically

Try a USB keyboard -- if it works correctly then try sweeping the internal keyboard with a keyboard brush.  Failing that replace the internal keyboard (or palmrest assembly on newer systems with an integrated keyboard).

If that doesn't help, check Windows Keyboard settings. If Filter Keys is enabled, you can try changing the setting for Bounce Keys, Slow Keys and Repeat Keys.
