My Dell app can't get from Microsoft Store

Hello, I can't able to get my Dell app from Microsoft Store after installing clean os installed with upgrade windows 11 feature update. At first for accessing Microsoft Store itself big problem made after searching many I solved to open Microsoft Store with the help of command prompt. Now again the my Dell app I can't able to get in Microsoft Store. Please give solution for this. I have tried with adding registery keys also. Not working. Please guide me

Thanks for your reply. Not working for me have tried your suggestion also. There is no link to download, it make me to go to Microsoft Store there i can't able to see the (get( option. Please check if link available please share in community tab
