Loud Fan and Blue Screen

I have a relatively new Inspiron which has not sounded right since it came out of the box. Initially, Dell sent me a box to return it for repairs, but due to life circumstances, I missed the deadline for that return. I just ran an online Dell diagnostics and it says my laptop is fine. It's not.

1) I repeatedly get a Windows blue screen that says Windows was not installed properly. (I did not install anything--it's been like this since it came out of the box.) This happens all by itself--namely, I don't use my laptop for hours, come over to use it, and there's a blue screen.

2) The fan is very loud and the laptop is hot. I am only searching the internet. I am not gaming, creating anything or doing much of anything and the laptop is loud. Even during the diagnostic test, I took my phone and videotaped the test because the fan was so loud. I've had other Dells and they have never acted like this. 

Any help would be appreciated. I really can't stand using this laptop--I'd rather use my old one. Ugh.

In order for our forum members to assist you please post your system model and the OS installed. Also, post any troubleshooting steps you may have tried in resolving the issues.

To receive assistance from Dell chat support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Then you must troubleshoot with them.  Click the "Get Help Now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. If already out of warranty, click here for the Dell out of warranty offering.

@DELL-Jesse L​ Thanks-- I have not posted to a forum before, as I have never had problems like this before. I have an Inspiron 15, AMD Ryzen 7 5700U with Radeon Graphics, Windows 11 Home. 

Since the online diagnostics run via Dell, on-line, said everything was "fine," I am here inquiring as to what I should do.  Should I still do troubleshooting on line, with Dell, even though the diagnostics run said my computer was okay? My computer is still under warranty. Thanks!
