Laptop suddenly turned off
I have inspiron 15 3000 about a month old
been using it for about an hour this morning when it suddenly turned off without warning
green light on charger cable is on and white light on laptop briefly glows when I plug it in but then stops and I can’t turn the laptop on
I’m self isolating for covid without symptoms so had big plans for this week which are now somewhat scuppered!

Embarrassingly it was a case of turn it off and on again - I had to hold down the power button for 30 secs with nothing else plugged in
