inspiron 5591 2-in-1 windows hello fingerprint "currently unavailable"
I just purchased the insprion 5591 2-in-1 and the fingerprint reader will not work when i go to windows sign-in options. keep getting the "currently unavailable" grayed out option. I updated all the windows updates and dell updates. Can anyone help with a solution?
