Inspiron 3521 wireless adapter issue
My inspiron is not connecting to my new wireless router I have tried everything resent router upgrading adaptar nothing they say I have problem with my wireless adapter what should I do? My new wifi is easily connected to my old laptop but not to this one I have also updated by inspiron but no results?? Using window 10 64bits

Is the router a new Wifi6 unit, and is whatever wifi card you installed also wifi 6 capable?
Having the model information for both components is useful.

@ejn63 also my new router is 5ghz but my laptop only supports 2.4ghz I have check that my router also usses 2.4ghz but still it is not connecting

On most 5 GHz routers, you must enable a second network for 2.4 GHz operation (this is usually off by default if the router came from your internet service provider).
