Inspiron 16 Plus overheats in sleep mode
My new Inspiron 16 Plus gets super hot when left in sleep mode overnight. I contacted Dell support and they ran some updates/resets remotely but the problem remains. How can I keep the computer from heating up in sleep mode?

Is the system being stored in a backpack? If so, turn it off before putting it into the bag.
To receive assistance from Dell chat support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Then you must troubleshoot with them. Click the "Get Help Now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. If already out of warranty, click here for the Dell out of warranty offering.
