Inspiron 16 Plus 7620, Fingerprint scanner not compatible with Windows Hello
Inspiron 16 Plus 7620
I currently have this version of windows installed:
Edition Windows 11 Home
Version 22H2
Installed on 2022-10-05
OS build 22621.674
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22634.1000.0
However, yesterday I realized that my fingerprint scanner isn't responding and then I got this:
How do I fix this?

I figured it out! If anyone is having similar problems, just re-download the fingerprint scanner driver from the Dell drivers website, and it will be fine.

Can you link the driver, and detail any additional steps that may be required? I'm having trouble finding it and this issue with the fingerprint scanner is really ticking me off. Thanks very much in advance!
