Inspiron 15 3000, broken case

I want to make a formal complaint about my Dell Inspiron 15 3000 laptop. I purchased this laptop in February of 2023. It ran fine for the most part, but I was not that thrilled with the operating system. It was not as user-friendly as my last Inspiron with Windows 10 operating system. Organizing photos is a royal pain. Also, no access to the cloud. I gave up trying. But, I was willing to live with that. Here is the issue. One month after the 1 year warranty expired the clips on the back of the laptop snapped off! When that happened, it also pulled the bottom of the frame away from the monitor. Now it just flops open. I have to use something to prop it open. The computer still works as that is what I am typing this complaint on. It is not really a "laptop" anymore as it is extremely awkward to sit it on my lap and have to fight with the monitor flopping backward. What I have here is a major piece of junk! I am so extremely mad!  I am disabled and don't just have a lot of money laying around to purchase a new laptop every year. As a disabled person, I do depend heavily on my computer and this is very anxiety provoking. I think your customers should be able to expect more than one year's use from an expensive piece of electronics. This is disgusting. I would like some of my money back, but I am sure that is not going to happen. <No, there will not be any compensation. DELL-Admin>. I am sending you pictures of this piece of junk I am now dealing with. My disappointment with Dell is huge.
