Inspiron 14 5410 2-in-1, PN350M, pen cursor stuck

I laptop Inspiron 14 5410 2 in 1 and pen PN350M. Whenever I use it along with the pen the cursor goes to the top right corner of the screen and gets stuck there. The screen doesn't respond correctly when this happens and the window that I was using at the time sometimes gets closed (since the cursor gets stuck right above the close icon). It only gets resolved when I close my laptop and sign in again. how to fix this?
