Hi,

my Dell Inspiron laptop's had several malfunctioning issues recently, but I could not get a proper service or feedback when I reached out to the Technical Service of Korea for an assistance.

The laptop started to malfunction since August, 2023, and I've replaced my SSD after paying for the visit of a local engineer. However, other issues were kept incurring after the replacement of SSD and about couple months ago, my laptop could not connect to wifi and followed the instructions of the technical service team of Korea, but the problem got worse and now the laptop does not properly launch to the Window screen. After the failure of the Technical Service team, the only feedback I got was to have paid diagnosis of and replacement of another parts of laptop from the visit of local engineer(possibly a LAN Card + another H/W issue). So now I don't know what to do since the laptop constantly needs paid repairment services and can't even get a proper technical service, still not knowing what actually is an issue with my laptop.


Please help me so that the problem does not persist.
