Hinge Broken

I bought one laptop two months back. Two days back the hinge is broken. I contacted the supplier and they informed that is not covered under warranty because that is a physical damage. The quality of the laptop material is not good at all. Anybody else have this type of issue?

You may have the Inspiron 3000 series, that is a basic, economy tier product line.  To keep the price low, manufacturers (not just Dell) did not build them with the best quality materials.  There are quite many reports of broken hinge/hinge assembly of this tier models.  Dell only assists customers with case by case.  See the hinge policy here  https://www.dell.com/community/en/conversations/inspiron/dell-usa-hingehinge-assembly-policy/647f9ce2f4ccf8a8de112369 to select your repair option.

It's too late for advice to be given.  But, while the quality of the laptop material might not be the best, opening the laptop from center of the lid edge (where the camera would be) while holding down the base could have prevented putting too much stress on one hinge and would prolong the life of your device like most other owners.

My wife and I both have the Inspiron 3000 laptop. She had a hinge break in the first 6 months and she rarely uses her laptop. My laptop is only 18 months old and I have been very careful to make sure I was opening the laptop from the center but today the hinge broke. I will not be purchasing any more Dell laptops if this is the type of quality provided. Only 18 months old and it is now a useless.
