G15 5530 Delivery came without a charger.
I ordered a G15 5530 laptop, which came in the mail about an hour and a half ago. No charger was included in the box. The contents of the box were: 2 identical cardboard packaging pieces covering two sides of the laptop, a folded sheet of cardboard for packaging, a plastic covering around the laptop, a thin foam sheet protecting the screen, two sheets of paper containing warranty and device information, and the laptop itself.
What should my next steps be? I talked with a technical support person who directed me to call the "Customer Care Support," but they will not take calls until Monday. Is there anything I can do in the meantime? Do I really have to wait until Monday?
