Firmware TPM is grayed out
Inspiron 15 3515
Hello. I was trying to update to windows 11 and I can't because the tpm isn't available. When I enter the bios the Firmware TPM option in grayed out(Secure boot is enabled) and laptop is in a windows 11 supported devices list.

The system does not have a firmware TPM, but the CPU should support AMD's fTPM (on CPU TPM) workalike.
There should be an enable/disable option somewhere under CPU (probably advanced) feature.

Is this a personal or "corporate" PC? Has a BIOS password been set?
The Inspiron 15 3515 service manual says Firmware TPM is enabled by default. Compare all other current settings to their default values listed at the link.
Try this in Win 10:
Click Start>Run>tpm.msc and press Enter
Does TPM open, and what TPM status does it report?
