Dell G3 3590 - Hinges Broken

I have a Dell G3 3590 Laptop and it's hinge's broken.

After several Calls with the Customer Service, I am told that they need a Article published by DELL which states that the Hinge Issue is known to DELL and then,  they will be able to repair my Machine, free of cost.

So to all my fellow users out there, can someone share me something tangible to support my cause?
