Dell G15 5515 Ryzen BIOS Update 1.19.0 GPU issues

After Windows pushed out the 1.19.0 update for the BIOS on Thursday evening my GPU (nVidia RTX 3060 Laptop) hasn't worked the same since

The day after the update, when I turned on my laptop I was greeted with "press y to reset psp nvram", after pressing yes and seeing a normal boot-up afterwards the GPU issues began

The Core Clock is stuck at 210MHz and won't increase under any more load when playing games. The fans also don't ramp up as the GPU temperature increases. In the end the GPU appears to throttle performance down drastically, presumably to reduce temperature

I've tried reinstalling the latest nVidia driver, I've tried rolling back to previous nVidia drivers, I've uninstalled and later reinstalled the Windows Updates from that night, I've held the power button down after turning the laptop off, and more; Nothing has made a difference

I also tried running BIOS recovery, and the battery LED indicates that the recovery image was found but not valid, I've not been able to find any guidance on how to solve that specific issue, and I'm hesitant to do anything with the BIOS before that's resolved

The only encouraging thing I've seen is that the fans can still be ramped up using Alienware Command Center

I can see other people reporting issues with their G15 5515 Ryzen after this update, but perhaps that's normal after a BIOS update is released?

Any advice would be really appreciated, I don't know what else to try

Kind regards,

Ted
