Bluetooth issues (bluetooth disappeared)
Dell G15 5511
I'm only posting this because I couldn't find anything related to this in DELL's forums. For some reason, I had a problem with my bluetooth, basically, it wasn't turn on.
I've tried:
- run windows troubleshoot.
- enable/disable boot Bluetooth button/switch.
- force reboot.
- reinstall driver.
- update driver manually through Intel's site.
- reinstall Windows 11 from scratch.
- also, tried to run from ubuntu bootable device.
- removed power supply and awaited for a couple minutes before restart from cold boot.
Tried all suggestions from here Bluetooth disappeared | DELL Technologies. as well

And nothing worked, by the end, I've opened my laptop and pass eraser in RAM and in Intel wireless card contacts. Just restarted and it worked like a charm.
To be honest, that's not something that I would expect from a notebook less than 2 years though. Very disappointed. Even more if you consider the tremendous power supply that accomplish it.

@ppcamp I've had issues with Bluetooth since I purchased the laptop. When I connect to my speaker is is very crackly or disconnects. My speaker works perfectly with my phone/TV other devices just the laptop it doesn't. Very odd and I haven't found any solution yet, I'll try what you suggest.

@SJJ84 Give it a try, but it seems odd. Perhaps you're having an issue with the wireless card OR with the motherboard itself. Or even with the windows drivers. Try to run Ubuntu using some pendrive and try to connect (no need to install it).
I also would suggest to check if you're using the "correct" configuration, for example, when I use my Ediphier wb800bt, in the wireless/bluetooth mode, it allows the windows to use its microphone as well, however when doing so, it reduces the bits for the audio channel, which makes it sound like a garbage. So, in discord per example, I need to manually force to use the microphone from my notebook, instead of my headset
