USB ports don't work
The Inspiron is one year old and I noticed that two USB ports at the back do not work anymore. Two USB ports work (wireless keyboard and mouse). I bought an external HDD but can not connect. Anybody knows how to solve this ? Thanks ! Jan

Nobody can possibly help unless you post the exact PC model and version of Windows.
Do any other USB devices (eg USB stick, printer, etc) work in the same port(s) where the new HDD doesn't work?
Have you tried connecting the new HDD to a front USB port?
