Inspiron 3670

Is it possible to confirm what OS was installed on my Inspiron 3670 which has a Service Tag  <Private data removed from public view. DELL-Admin>?

I have Linux Ubuntu loaded at present and want to reset it to the installed state which I think had Windows Microsoft as the OS.

Only 2 OS were supported by drivers from the support page, Windows 10 and 11. If you go to the support page and type in your ST number you should be able to find the original OS that was installed at the factory. More than likely it was Windows 10.

@JOcean

Thanks JOcean - yes I did get a download from the support page after typing my Service Tag in. But no info about Windows version.

I assume as I received a download Win file the OS system must have been Windows and not Ubuntu.

You can click in “Quick Links”

the link “View Product Specs” (after entering service tag) to look at original Dell factory shipped spec in your pc which includes software as well as most hardware.

for example this Inspiron 3670

view product specs

opens system configuration and it says

619-ANOK : Windows 10 Home English
