I can’t get help for my computer
My computer won’t come up. I have been on the phone for 2 1/2 hours trying to get somebody to help me. They are telling me my warranty is up but I have been built on June 30 again as I’ve been built every month. They sent me a link so I could pay to get my computer fixed one time and on that link. It says I have premium until August 4. They are saying no I don’t but the link they sent me says I do I don’t know what to do they will not help me . We are senior citizens and I don’t know what to do

2 options. This is a user to user forum. Option 1: Use the "Get help now" button on the bottom right of the screen.
Option 2: What exact model PC do you have? May be we could assist you in getting it going again. No posting service tag here.
I take it your PC must've died, or are they're any error codes (power button blinking amber or white in a certain pattern)?
Where is the emailed link coming from? Hopefully it's not a scam. @DELL-Cares should also look into this.

Assuming you meant billed? I do not see any record that the hardware warranty on this 4 year old Inspiron 5490 AIO desktop has been renewed. The purchased 1 year hardware warranty shows as expired on April 30, 2021. So I have no idea what you are being billed for monthly? Unless it is perhaps the McAfee antivirus software? A DELL-Cares agent would have to check this.
