Not able to see my e-certificate of EMC Proven Professional Specialist exam
hi, i passed Specialist level exam 3 days (19/09/2013) before and i have been notified by an email that my result is recorded in Professional CertTracker portal on 21/09/2013, after that i can able to see my result in the portal under Exam tab, but still not able to retrieve my e-certificate.
how much time it take to get e-certificate.

There are also a few things you can check in your CertTracker account to determine why you haven't received an expected fulfillment.

Firstly, welcome to the forums and congratulations on your recent accomplishment!
Please consider moving this question as-is (no need to recreate) to the proper forum for maximum visibility. Questions written to the users' own "Discussions" space don't get the same amount of attention and can go unanswered for a long time.
You can do so by selecting "Move" under ACTIONS along the upper-right. Then search for and select: "EMC Proven Professional".

If it's been a few days and you still can't see it under the exam tab, you should email your information including your ID number to EMCProvenHelpDesk@EMC.com and the Proven Team will be able to help you with your CertTracker account.
