Are you going to be using a credit card for your purchase?  If you are, your country may not be eligible to use a credit card for purchases.  The list of eligible countries is also found on that link.

Hello,

I'm new with Dell brand. I'm begin familiarizing. I need help to find contents to study. I already started credentials. There are manuals guides or book or online content that I can study and prepare for any certification? What are the links on Dell to find documentation? In past I worked with IBM brand and was able download pdf books etc and also they had famous site called ibm redbooks.

Please I ask help on this.

Hey there, getting the "Dell PowerEdge Features" course can be tricky. While Dell-Geeta MKS gave some great info on Training Credits, have you tried contacting Dell directly about registering for the course itself? They might be able to help with any specific issues for that course (ESSVRD059) in India.
