MDSM 1220 and HGST Ultrastar C15K600 (HUC156060CS4204)
Hi all! I have MD1220 (connected to MD1200 that is connected to MD3600f) with 10 Ultrastar C15K600 (HUC156060CS4204 firmware EK11 ) HDD. MDSM tells that "Status: Incompatible, Cause: Firmware error trying to use physical disk".
So technical support told me to update disk firmware and gave me a link to package of firmwares.

May be you can tell me where to find suitable firmware to flash it with MDSM?

Hello dmitry.pronyaev,
So the drive that you have is not listed in the support matrix for your MD. Is there a Dell part# on drive HUC156060CS4204? Was all the drives purchased with the MD1220 or did you purchase the drives after getting your MD1220?
With MD systems they generally will need to be HDD with dell Part# on the drives in order to be seen and work correctly.
