Dell NX3230

We bought a new Dell NX3230 storage, but it seems some how an administrator password was mistakenly configured & thus now no one can login into the device.

we need to reset it to factory default to re-gain control, noting that no important data on it currently, but no option to boot from USB DVD to use the one that came with it, also LifeCycle doesn't show option to install OS like with our Dell PE servers.

please advise how to proceed?
