dell equallogic ps4210 hang on initializing

Hello,

We have two SAN (dell equallogic ps4210). Each has two controller active and passive. Yesterday one SAN got some issue suddenly and hang on initializing with below errors. i have restarted the SAN but it not help to fix this issue. Even it has blue light that showing no issue with SAN and also health command showing condition green. Any idea what is wrong and how to fix this issue?
