It’s been 2 weeks:/

I sent my laptop to dell july 31st for just a screen replacement and that took a week which is fine but I thought I’d have my laptop back by now because it said it would be back around the 9th, now they’re saying there’s problems with the motherboard so I’ve spent $400 total not to mention the laptop ran fine before the screen problem so i don’t even know what’s wrong with the motherboard now they’re once again saying they’re diagnosing it and will be sent me repair recommendations and at this point I could’ve just bought a new laptop and I’ve tried reaching out to ask what’s wrong with the motherboard just from curiosity and I’m getting no answers:/
