Seach - support AND/OR?

search (even advanced search) seems to deafult to "or" ing all of my search terms. I've tried putting in "AND" and it merely becomes another search term.

Is there a way to get boolean searches?

e.g.:
webtop AND workflow?

With the wealth of information now in these forums, we absolutely need an effective way to search them.
