Hi I have a R730XD server that we are trying to update the BIOS, RAID and IDRAC firmware and every time it fails: "Authentication issue" when initializing the EXE file downloaded from the support site form the specific service ID.
I was told that we do not have to be in the BIOS to update.
Anybody can clarify this issue as we have approximately 20+ servers to update.

Hello thanks for choosing Dell and welcome to our community- I'm thinking, if this some authentication issue, it could just be a matter of browser. Could you try with another PC to get into iDRAC?
