My Open Service Requests limitations
Apart from SRs vanishing after 3 months I just found another limitation. If you have more than 10 SRs, only last 10 get to be seen. Is this configurable parameter somewhere (I did a quick search, but I found I could only select what my second column would show). Any ideas?
Which reminds me... I believe we were told new PL would have different SR management and probably "3 months visibility" issue would be gone... and May and June were months discussed about PL 2.0. Now it's almost end of July - any estimates when new PL will put into production?

We have receently released a BETA of a new tool called My Support. It is intended to replace the following functionality:
My Open Service Request Portlet
My Closed Service Request Portlet
View Service Request page
It has been released during this beta phase to customers. So if you have the ability to switch your view to customer, take a look.
We went out with a limited release as a beta to be able to flush out any issues that we did not see during our test. Our plan is to make this available to all customers and partners shortly. I do not have a target date yet.
The My Support function addresses and resolved all of the issues you mentioned in your thread.

Still around? I can get this feature as end user (because I'm at their site now and they have direct direct EMC support thus I use their user/pass), but when I log as myself (partner) I do not get this feature. Any ideas? It seems as this is available only to end users.

Yes, for the beta program we deployed only to "customers". We went this route to be able to monitor performance, stability etc before we open it up to the broader commnuity. The function will be available to all partners as well in the near term. We wanted to control the roll out.
It wont be very long before you will have access as yourself.
