Mitrend - SE Report vs Report - whats the difference?

Can someone tell me the difference between the reports generated from Mitrend. What are the differences in the two reports that are output from running a mitrend? Mitrend - SE Report & Mitrend - Report? This was an example from a Mitrend Scan for VMware.
