Johnny?

I just notice that top page ( http://forums.emc.com/forums/index.jspa) in top users list is missing Johnny... then when I entered this part of forum I noticed that his name in his posts is being now Guest - I guess something went wrong somewhere (change of owner to Guest may indicate his posts are being assigned temp user while some change is done to his profile and then will return to his new profile name or perhaps somehow his username was deleted)?

We have been diligently working on this issue, without going into the details we have resolved the problem. My hats off to Nataraj Jeedigunta his efforts.

Actually, it looks like something is going on as in the meantime few storage users also got Guest state too and currently I can't access few parts of forum, but if I use direct links to threads from browser history I get there. I guess US guys will get to their desks soon and see something is going on (not being announced).

Wicked... I can see this thread named in top threads, but it is not listed in thread list at all... it looks like piece by piece of the forum is falling apart... Is there anybody out there?

I spoke with my Tomislav Ribicic (now also Guest) and as it seems he is able to connect to CustomerNet, but it fails to get to forum (it just reloads the Inbox). I checked with our EMC account manager, but we were told no one reported anything (strange). Actually, why am I writing this in the first place - no one is probably able to read it anyway
