Inspiron 13 5000 5391 ram upgrade

I'm interested in purchasing this laptop which comes with 8gb ram, since I will be mainly using adobe programs such as premiere pro and after effects, I was wondering if upgrading the RAM to 16gb or even 32gb is possible, also, can i add optane to it?
