How can I quit the process of "Warranty Transfer"?

I bought Dell XPS 9700 in November. And as I thinking to go back to Korea in a year, so I transferred my warranty to Korea in front of my father's name. AND I REALIZED THAT I DIDN'T SIGN UP FOR PREMIUM SUPPORT. So I want to quit the "Warranty Transfer" process and want to upgrade my warranty to "Premium Support" (now the "upgrade&extend" button on the warranty menu is not working...). As I go abroad for the vacation, I cannot contact support with a phone call (I tried, and she said it's breaking a lot.) Can someone help me~~~!
