From where can I get documentation of OnCourse?

Under Support->Documentation/Wite Papers->Software J-O at PowerLink. In my case direct link was:
http://powerlink.emc.com/nsepn/webapps/btg548664833igtcuup4826/km/appmanager/km/secureDesktop?internalId=0b01406680021beb

Then on left you will have:
- General Reference
- Installation/Configuration
- Migration/Upgrades
- Maintenance/Administration
- Release Notes

I'm not sure if I understand what you're looking for? If you're having problems with the URL it may be because you have a different access type within Powerlink. Different relationships with EMC will produce different access URLs so the best way for you to access the OnCourse documentation would be via the navigational menus.
